Chapter 1 was a hit. Chapter II topped it—the drink wait time reached an all-time high of 40 minutes. In some ways, that sounds WOW, but can we do it again? Over the years, during bar hops and bar crawls, we've seen lines stretching past our storefront window from our neighbors.

Sometimes we wonder: maybe one day we can have this kind of crowd lining up all the way into Humes Alley > into Calder Way, and maybe even continue the lineup to Allen St. into the campus 😆 Perhaps we might even need to hire a doorman and traffic officer

Chew Chew Night overview

Chew Chew Night is a night segment operation that combines experimentation, creativity, and experience. Presenting you with the pastries and drinks that have never introduced before, it’s limited, some are unusual, and most of them might never come back and stick around, unless you vote.

This special drink menu was created exclusively for the 2026 Lunar New Year week (Feb 17 – Feb 21, 430 PM – 9 PM only).

Expectations:

• Item never repeats or returns
• Small batch prepared while supplies last
• Night drink menu wait time: 10 to 30 minutes during peak hours.
• The drink menu can only be ordered in-store
• The pastry menu is available in-store and in the app, but is limited to 3 items per person.
• Regular pastry items may not be available during the week. </aside>
