Welcome to our 2025 Year in Review.
This has been our strongest year yet, a year where the community showed us just how far a small shop can go when people believe in it. We’re grateful you’re here to read this, to share this moment, and to look back and move forward with us.
2025 was our first full year operating with a single store following the closure of Bellefonte. In this context, we grew 22% year over year in 2024, with double-digit growth in eight months and positive growth in three additional months. Our drink category alone grew 34% over 2024, and you helped us break our all-time record for drink sales again in October this year.
You kept returning, keeping our customer return rate at 76%, down from 78% in 2024.
We continued to operate independently, without third-party ordering apps. Every channel you ordered through was either built, maintained, and managed by us.
To our 3Fs, Fans, Family, and Friends: thank you for walking, driving, biking here; for saying goodbye after graduating; for the vacation updates, lunch check-ins, engagement and job news, and detours just to visit. You carried us through our biggest year yet.
